Module10 Unit1
知识与技能:
       1.学生能够听说读写本单元的四会单词matter,听说认读三会词medicine
       2.学生能够听说认读四会句,并做替换练习。
       3.学生能够熟读课文、理解课文大意,学会模仿。
过程与方法:
       1.学生通过看短文的课件,整体感知文本,找出老师预设的问题答案,提
          高学生抓主要信息的能力.
       2.学生通过跟读、齐读课文,培养学生的模仿能力,使学生形成良好的语
          音语调。
       3.设定合理的情境,让学生在情境中练习语言。
情感态度与价值观:
       1. 学生通过独立回答、同伴合作,提高自主探究、合作学习的能力.
       2. 了解预防冬季疾病的措施,学会关心自己和他人的健康。
 
Teaching steps
Step 1: Warming up:
Free talk :
T: What did you do yesterday?
S: I watched TV/ cleaned my room/ finished my homework.
 
Step 2 Presentation and drills
1.      The teacher shows a picture and ask “Where was Cathy yesterday?” Lead the Ss say “She was at the Doctor’s.” Then practise the phrase “at the Doctor’s”
 
2.      Sam was at the Doctor’s too. What's the matter with Sam? (Teach matter, then practice it.) Ss watch the story and answer the question. Teach “stomach ache” and give some words with “ache”. Write the key structures on the blackboard then practise in pairs.
 
3.      Pair work: (Look at the pictures then ask and answer in pairs.)
A: What’s the matter ?
B: I ‘ve got a …
 
4.      Open the book , with the reading rules to read picture3,4,5 by themselves and think about the question:
1) Why has he got a stomach ache?
2) What did the doctor advise?
Lead the Ss read and answer them. Teach the sentences :“ What did you eat yesterday ? I ate chocolate biscuits. ” and the phrase “take the medicine”  Write them on the blackboard then practise in pairs.
 
5.      Warm tips about stomach ache:
Choose a clean restaurant.
Don’t eat too much.
Don’t eat dirty food.
Store food in a refrigerator.
 
 
 
Step 3 Practise
1. Listen and repeat then circle I’ve got.
2. Read it in roles
3. Practise part 3 on page 39
4.      Read and guess: “What’s the matter with her/ him?”
 
Step 4 Consolidation and extension
1.Do some exercises on the activity book
Read and tick then check up.
 
2.Watch a story and think about:
What the matter with Ken?
What does Uncle Booky say?
 
3. Make a new dialog
Cathy was at the Doctor’s. Find a student to be a doctor. Make a new dialogue.
Then practise in pairs. One doctor and one patient. Finish the medical paper.
 
4. Winter is coming. How do you keep good health?
Warm tips: Wear warm clothes.
         Drink hot water.
         Do more sports.

Step6  Homework
1.Listen and repeat this dialog.
