Listen, point and find ‘will’.
1. Tell the students to close their book. Ask them to think of all the fruits they know in English and write them on the board.
2. Now tell them that I’m going to play the tape and they have to listen and tell me what fruits they hear in the dialog. I may play the tape two or three times.
3. After they have heard the dialog a few ties ask them to tell me what fruits they heard.
4. Play the tape and get the students to listen point and find “will”.
5. Tell the students that I’m going to call out the fruits and they have to point at the correct picture in their books and repeat the word.
6. After a while get the students to do the same activity in pairs. One student says a fruit and the other points at the picture and repeats the words.
7. Now get two large pieces of paper. On one draw a happy face and on the other draw a sad face. Place the pictures on different walls where the students can see them.
8. Now tell the students that I’m going to call out the names of fruits and they have to listen and then point and say if they like or don’t like that fruit They should point at the happy face or the sad face. They should then say, ‘I like …’ or ‘I don’t like…’
9.Continue like this.

1. Let’s play a game: What’s missing?
Give them 4 fruits and then one of them disappeared, let the students guess “What’s missing?”
