【教材分析】

语言功能:Students know that how to order food and drink.

语言结构:Using simple present tense: want.

教学目标:

   a.语言知识目标:学习目标语句:What do you want to eat?

I want a hot dog, please.

How much is it?

It’s thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.

   b.语言技能目标:能够听懂会说本模块句型,能运用所学语言用英语点餐.

   c.情感态度目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣及运用英语交流的热情,使学生在学习中建立自信,提高学生参与语言活动的积极性。

教学重、难点:

重点:What do you want to eat?  I want a hot dog, please.

How much is it?        It’s thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.

并能在实际情景中运用。

难点:The using way of “What do you want?” “ How much is it/are they?” cardinal numbers,以及cola的读音

【学生分析】

    学生在以前还有课外的学习中已经初步地学习了点餐,有了一定的基础,因此在本课的学习中,不仅要巩固拓展他们的语言。而且需要更多的活动来参与,来实践,来运用他们所学的语言。而小学生仍然以形象思维为主,教学应尽量采取形象、生动、活泼、有趣的活动来激发他们的学习兴趣,树立他们的自信,从而使他们真正成为学习的主人。

【设计理念】

    英语课程的目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。在本课的设计中,以学生为主体,教师为主导,采用多种教学形式,并与信息技术相整合,设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引他们积极参与,开发他们的思维,培养他们的创新精神。让学生在玩中学,在学中玩,营造轻松、活泼的课堂气氛,有张有弛,循序渐进,引导他们积极主动地投入到学习活动中去。
