英语教师谈师德随笔：德在师爱中体现，师爱是一种无私的爱。师爱的最高境界是友情，师爱的基础是平等。在学生的心目中亦师亦友，民主平等是“好老师”的最重要特征。爱心和知识，学生更喜欢前者。Germany loves to reflect the division, the division's love is a selfless love. 道德的本质不仅仅定义为一种知识、状态或行为习惯，而是综合这些要素的实践能力。真正的师德，能够唤起教师内在的尊严，激发教师创造的欢乐。好教师是形形色色的，他们的“好”以不同形式体现在职业生活的不同领域。他们深信；爱，不仅仅是一种态度，更重要的是一种行为能力。
师德，高尚的师德，需要的是脚踏实地。师德，是热爱学生的赤诚之心；是热爱岗位的敬业精神、热爱事业的博大胸怀，也是以身立教的形象之本。从孔子的“学而不厌、诲人不倦”的伟大修养，到陶行知先生的“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”，从徐特立的“忠贞为教，严谨治学”，到目前我们正在进行的师德师风教育活动，再到国家颁布实施的《纲要》，师德，已经是每一个躬耕讲坛的教师，用灵魂塑造灵魂的壮丽写真。
