青岛德县路小学创建于1900年,位于青岛德县路14号,毗邻天主教堂。学校占地面积约为3571平方米,其中校舍面积(建筑)约为3410平方米。学校跨越两个世纪,历经四次更名,良好师风和教风的延续成为百年老校走向可持续发展的原动力。
学校秉承“明德固本、质量立校、和谐发展、追求卓越”的办学理念,体现“启迪智慧、挖掘潜能、发展个性提升品质”的办学目标,彰显出“学生的欢笑是校园的阳光,家长的期望是学校的生命,教师的奉献是永恒的主题”的办学宗旨,全面实施素质教育。以塑造学生完美人格、培养学生健康性格的“双格”教育,作为德育工作的首要任务,既重视学生成才,更重视培养学生成人。
学校坚持以最前沿的教育理念为引导,以雄厚的师资队伍为基础,学校现有学生971人,23个教学班,在岗专任教师63人,小学高级教师25人,占总数39.7%;小学一级教师28人,占总人数44.4%;教师中具有本科学历45人,占总人数71.4%;专科毕业18人,占28.6%;有多人被评为市、区优秀教师、专业人才、教学能手,教师发表和获奖的论文近百余篇,师资队伍素质逐年稳步提升。
作为教育部信息技术教学应用示范学校、全国中小学信息技术道德教育实验学校,山东省电化教育示范学校,几年来,学校以现代信息教育技术为支撑,致力于教师教育良知和专业知识的“双知”提升,全力倡导“绿色文明信息化校园”。以塑造学生完美人格、培养学生健康性格的“双格”教育,推进了学校德育品牌特色化进程,而网络环境下学生思想道德建设的课题研究,让每一名学生都能体会到快乐和成功。
 
A BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF DEXIAN ROAD PRIMARY SCHOOL
 
Established in 1900, Dexian Road Primary School has been committed to maintain sustainable development by its high teaching standard and outstanding academic cultures. The historical institute experienced name alteration for four times across two centuries. Located at No. 14next to Catholic Church, the school campus covers an area of 3571 square meters including building area of 3410 square meters. 
 
Aiming at “enlightening wisdom, exploring potential, developing personality and perfecting moral”, the school has kept its teaching philosophy of “embracing historical brilliance, highlighting teaching quality, promoting consistent development and pursuit of excellence”. With the prospective of “students’ smiles are the school’s sunshine, parents expectation is the school’s life, and teachers’ devotion are the eternal theme, the school fully implements quality education, with “building fine character and healthy personality” as its core.
     
Base on a range of aboundant teaching resources and facilities, the school has been directed by forefront education philosiphy. Throughout persistent efforts on teaching qulity building, the institute now comprises a number of 971 students, 23 classes and 63 full-time teaching staffs. The school has 25 senior primary school teachers (39.7% of total teaching staff) and 28 Grade-One primary school teachers (44.4%), in which 45 teachers (71.4%) hold undergraduate education background or above, and 18 teachers (28.6%) hold colleage qualifications. Several teachers were awarded as city and district outstanding teachers, professionals or educational experts every year. Furhtermore, hundreds of essays are published and rewarded. 
 
Being the national demonstration school of application of information technology and the experimental school of high-tech application in moral training, the school highlights the theory of “green and enlightened campus with high information technology”, fully takes advantage of its advanced modern information technology in education, and focuses on the improvement of both teaching moral and teaching skills. The unique parallel teaching style has distinguished the school from other education institutes on moral education. Specailly, every student gains beautiful experiences of happiness and success during the research of moral builing under internet environment.
