一、教学目标与要求
1、知识与能力目标
用一般过去式描述过去发生的事情。能够听说读写men, women, wore, tell, told, actor. 能够听说认读下列句子The men wore women’s clothes. The women wore women’s clothes. The actors told lots of jokes.
We laughed a lot. 并且仿说和运用这些句子。
2、情感态度目标
教育学生自觉维护公共场所秩序,做文明观众。养成良好生活习惯,保持房间整洁。
二、教学重点及难点
重点:能够听说读写 men, women, wore, tell, told, actor. 能够听说认读下列句子:The men wore women’s clothes. The women wore women’s clothes. The actors told lots of jokes. We laughed a lot.难点:仿说和运用重点句子,描述过去发生的事情。
教学过程
Step 1 Warm up
1. Watch a tongue twister.
2. Make a new tongue twister.(man and woman.) Say the tongue twister.
2. Brain storm
Watch and shout the words. Review some words in the past tense.
Step 2 Presentation and practice
1.Q:Where are the letters from?
(大屏幕出示玲玲的来信)
T: Today we will share the letter from Lingling. Next class we will share the other letter. Let’s watch it together, then tell me: Where were they? Ss watch the video and answer the questions.Q:Where did they go last week?
2.T: Open your book ,turn to Page 34, read the letter and match the sentences.
Ss: Read and match.
Show the words : men, women, wore ,told Write the sentences on the blackboard.(板书重点句) Learn the key sentences: The men wore women’s clothes. The women wore women’s clothes.
The actors told lots of jokes.
3. T: Do you like the theatre?Did English Children love the theatre? Why?

5. T: Read after the flash , try to imitate. Ss practice in groups
6. Read and circle the words in the past tense. Check the answers.
7. Retell the letter.Complete the passage according to the letter.
Step 3 Consolidation and extension
1.Do the exercises of the AB on p35.
2. Show the picture on SB p35
(1) T: What did Sam do last night? Ss discuss in groups Ss answer the questions.
(2) T: Let’s have a competition. Each one say one sentence,one by one.At last ,Which group is the winner?
3.T: Many students like sports. Did you remember the sport meeting of our school?
Let’s watch it and try to remember “What did you do last sport meeting?”
